How To Shop FAQ

If your desired item or size is out of stock, you can ask us to notify you when it is back in stock. You will then be notified by e-mail when it becomes available, if the item is discontinued we will inform you right away.
In certain circumstances, for example buying a product that requires a different dosage, we will be happy to help but this will add some time onto your order.
We will happily reserve an item for you for upto 72 hours, if you require us to hold it for a longer period of time, a small deposit may be required. Putting an item in your shopping basket does not reserve it for you. Reserves can be made by contacting us.
Every item on the website that is available in different sizes will have the option to select size on the items page, if you are unsure which size is right for you please contact us and will try our best to help you. For a specific size or measurement query, please contact us.
All items shown on the website are in stock unless the product page states that it is out of stock. However, if an item is sold in store and online simultaneously, our stock information may be temporarily inaccurate, for example if an item was sold offline or through another one of our stores it may show here as being in stock when it is in-fact not, another example is, if the item only has one remaining and is in your basket it can still be purchased by another customer who might be browsing at the same time.
Before you start shopping, we recommend that you read our terms and conditions to avoid any disappointment. You don't need to create an account in order to place an order on our website, however upon completing your order it is recommend to create an account so you can view your recent orders and tracking numbers.
We have a card payment system intregated into our site, this means you can pay with any major credit or debit card, no matter where you are in the world. If you prefer to pay over the phone, call us and we will take the payment using our in store card reader. We also accept PayPal, Western Union, Direct Bank Transfers, cash can be paid directly into our account. Bitcoin is also accepted.
You will be able to pay us using any currency you wish. Our store does not let you view products in multiple currencies at the moment but this will be available soon.
We guarantee that all personal data will be kept private and confidential, and that we will never give out any of your information without your authorisation. For further details, please see our Privacy Policy. We do not store credit card details.
We are always on the lookout for products and brands to add to Concentration UK. In the future we will carry out customer surveys to help us to create a website that caters to your needs.

Orders and Shipping FAQ

We are happy happy to accept cancellations, for any reason, up to the moment your order has been processed by our store. After that, you cannot cancel your order, but you may return it. For instructions on how to do this, please refer to our cancellations page.
We can ship one order to one address only. If you would like to change your shipping address after you have placed your order, please request an address replacement by contacting us. It is not possible to change addresses to a different country, the order will need to be cancelled and reordered in order to do this.
At this moment we do not deliver to PO Boxes.
We ship worldwide using multiple couriers, if you are looking for a specific courier please let us know by contacting us.
All orders will be delivered well wrapped and protected, when necessary, a box and stronger packaging will be used which will protect your items and ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.
We will email and/or text you the as soon as your order has been dispatched, if shipping was selected that has a tracking service then a tracking number and/or a URL to the tracking page will be sent to you. You can also check the status in the My Account section of the website, this will display what we know about your orders status, as well as a direct link to the tracking page
Once your payment details have been verified and approved, we will usually be able to send your order using the service you have selected the same day if the order was placed before 4:20pm local time. Please refer to our Delivery Options section for more information.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the order value, size, weight and destination of your order. Shipments are calculated and processed by Royal Mail, we also use other couriers like Parcel Force. For orders above £150 that are going to destinations within the UK, we offer a free delivery option. There will be multiple shipping options at the checkout, if you require a specific paid delivery option such as Royal Mail Next Day Guarantee you don’t have to accept the free shipping and these options can be selected for their calculated fees.
After your purchase has been made you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order will be accepted and dispatched once your payment and address details have been verified, this is usually an instant process, if there is an issues we will contact you to inform you.
If you paid by debit card or PayPal, payment will usually be taken immediately. If you cancel your order before it is processed, we will refund you through your original payment method. If you paid by credit card, payment will usually be taken once your order is approved and ready for shipping. Please be aware that your bank or card issuer may reserve the money, meaning that you can’t use it for a short period. If you cancel your order before it is processed, we will simply cancel the transaction and there will be no need to process a refund.

If buying from outside the UK, Import duty is not included in the prices you see online. You may have to pay import duties upon receipt of your order or at a later date depending on your customs authority.

Returns & Refunds FAQ

If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item unused and in its packaging then place a new order. You will receive a refund for the original item, excluding the original cost of shipping, according to our Returns Policy. Some items cannot be retuned due to safety reasons.
We will happily accept returns as long the items conform to our Returns Policy, you will need to provide us with proof or it return within five days of receiving your order.
Once your return has been received by our store and it complies with our Returns Policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 14 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.
