Orders and Shipping

Your order could be in several spots... our warehouse, anticipating dispatch, with the messenger on its way, or conveyed. The principal thing to check is have you had your dispatch email? If that's a yes, at that point it's en route. If you selected tracking, you can track your order using the link provided in the email, this should also be visible on your order page. In the event that you haven't got your dispatch email (keep in mind to check junk mail) it might not necessarily mean that it has not been dispatched. All shipping is calculated using Royal Mail 2019 Shipping Rates.

Free delivery on UK orders over £150, please select "Free Shipping" at the Checkout. If you do not wish to use the free shipping and have a specific delivery requirement, you will still have all the regular available delivery options to choose from.

We ship worldwide, shipping costs are calculated based on package weight and destination. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

SHIPPING TIMES

Orders placed before 4:20pm local time will be dispatched same day and usually delivered the next day if using Royal Mail 1st services. Orders placed after 4:20pm local time will be dispatched the following business day (Monday to Friday, not including bank holidays).

CHANGE REQUESTS

If you would like to change your shipping address after you have placed your order, please request it by contacting us and we will be happy to assist you. If the new address is out of the postal code service area, we will offer you alternative shipping options.

If you would like to change your delivery time, please request it by contacting us and we will be happy to assist you.

If you are unavailable to receive your order at the arranged time and location, please check your tracking number or contact your local delivery office as you package will have more than likely returned to them for a rescheduled delivery. If delivery is unsuccessful again, the order will be returned to us and you will be refunded minus the shipping cost.
